San Francisco Attorney Candice A. Mullings, Community Service Co-Chair of the National Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, facilitated a youth symposium for 150 high school aged children on April 9, 2011.  The topics of discussion included civic responsibility and how the law treats one differently when turning eighteen.
