Our commercial litigation practice group defends clients in a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including, but is not limited to, disputes concerning general tort, products liability, negligence and intentional tort areas of law.  Litigation is part of the firm's core competency and is one of the largest practice groups in the firm.  The group works closely with other practice groups to cover a wide array of complex claims involving all aspects of commercial relationships, including business-to-business disputes involving the Uniform Commercial Code, contracts, fraud, unfair competition, insurance coverage, and bad faith.  Collaborating with our clients' in-house attorneys, we provide our clients a timely legal and monetary evaluation of each complaint. We provide analysis regarding all avenues of resolution from settlement, mediation and arbitration. For those matters where alternative dispute resolution is unsuccessful or not recommended, we have substantial experience and expertise in both state and federal trials and appeals.
