Las Vegas Office Prevails on Motion for Summary Judgment Against Plaintiff's Claims that Client Maintained Unsafe Conditions in Retail Store - Aug 2011 Premises

The Las Vegas office successfully brought a motion for summary judgment before the United States District Court. Attorney Brenda H.
