Appellate Court Upholds Dismissal - Apr 2009          Personal Injury
Todd A. Angstadt and Maija O. Villegas received an appellate decision upholding the trial court’s decision to dismiss plaintiff's case.  Plaintiff asserted numerous tort and contractual claims against family members as a result of his upbringing.  The trial court and the appellate court agreed that plaintiff’s claims were meritless.
