Brian J. Hamilton is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. His practice includes personal injury, premises liability, and products liability defense.

Mr. Hamilton received his Juris Doctorate in 2015 from Maurer School of Law at Indiana University Bloomington, where he was a Notes Editor for his school’s Journal of Law and Social Equality and a research assistant. He also received oral advocacy honors as an octo-finalist in his school’s Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition.

While in law school, Mr. Hamilton served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Lance Ito of the Los Angeles Superior Court, as well as a legal intern in the California Department of Justice Business and Tax Section. Mr. Hamilton also clerked for a civil litigation defense firm in Pasadena, CA.

Prior to law school, Mr. Hamilton graduated cum laude from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
