Gabriela M. Vasquez is an associate in the San Francisco office of Phillips, Spallas, & Angstadt. She represents individuals and entities in a broad range of disputes, including, premise liability, product liability, and insurance defense.
Ms. Vasquez graduated from the University of California, Irvine, earning a bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, and Society in 2016. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Vasquez interned for a Federal Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of California. Ms. Vasquez went on to earn her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2020. During law school, Ms. Vasquez served as an editor for the Intellectual Property and Technology Journal. Ms. Vasquez was Co-President of the Latinx Law Student Association and Social Chair of the Sports & Entertainment Law Association. While in law school, Ms. Vasquez also participated in the Intense Advocacy Trial Practice Program and served as a Contracts Peer tutor.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Vasquez clerked at a mid-size corporate immigration firm, where she worked on a variety of business immigration matters for numerous entities and individuals.
Ms. Vasquez was born in El Salvador but has lived in the United States since the age of seven. In her free time, Ms. Vasquez enjoys traveling, group fitness, and spending time with friends and family. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.
