John Beemer is an associate attorney in our San Francisco office. Mr. Beemer’s practice focuses on representing Fortune 500 companies in matters involving premises and products liability. He also represents individuals and entities in a wide array of practice areas, including personal injury, construction defect, landlord-tenant, professional liability, administrative, and employment-related matters.

Mr. Beemer earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While attending law school, Mr. Beemer served as a law clerk for the California Public Utilities Commission, where he assisted in rulemaking proceedings during the emergence of ride-share technologies such as Uber and Lyft. As an undergraduate at the University of Washington, Seattle, Mr. Beemer studied biology and chemistry before going on to receive his B.A. degree in Media Arts and Design as a Presidential Scholarship recipient from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Beemer worked as an industrial designer for a prominent architectural lighting manufacturer.

Originally from South Dakota, Mr. Beemer enjoys tennis, swimming, baseball, crossword puzzles, and playing music.
