Joshua G. Glocer joined Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP as an associate in our Los Angeles office in August 2019. He represents individuals and entities over a broad of range of civil litigation disputes including landlord-tenant, personal injury, real property, and other matters.

Mr. Glocer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University in 2013. Although he loved the Midwest, Mr. Glocer returned home to sunny Los Angeles to pursue a legal career.  Mr. Glocer graduated on the Dean’s List from Southwestern Law School where he discovered an interest in advocacy and litigation. During law school, Mr. Glocer served as the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association as well as a Peer Mentor. Mr. Glocer further cultivated his passion for advocacy and litigation working as a law clerk at a prominent plaintiff’s firm in Los Angeles.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Glocer represented clients in personal injury, employment, and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Glocer is skilled in all facets of litigation and strives to achieve, at each stage, the best result for his client.

Mr. Glocer is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

When Mr. Glocer is not vigorously representing his clients, he is spending time with his family, friends, and two dogs. Mr. Glocer is an aspiring foodie and chef. He is an avid fan of Buckeye football, as well as his hometown Lakers, Dodgers, and Rams. His hobbies include spending time at the beach, reading, catching a flick, and traveling. He wants to hit all 50 states by the time he turns 50.
