Las Vegas Office Obtains Summary Judgment in Premise Liability Case

Attorneys in the Las Vegas Office secured summary judgment for our client in a premises liability case brought in the United States District Court, District of Nevada. Plaintiff slipped and fell on a liquid spill created by another customer mere minutes prior to her incident. The Court was unpersuaded by Plaintiff’s assertion other objects left near the incident location constituted hazardous conditions that contributed to the fall. Accordingly, the spill did not exist for a reasonable amount of time to be identified and remedied.
