San Francisco Office Prevails on a Motion for Summary Judgment in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District

In December 2012, the San Francisco office prevailed on a Motion for Summary Judgment in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District against Plaintiff’s claims of age and disability based discrimination, harassment, retaliation and failure to accommodate. Attorneys Gregory Spallas and Anna Gehriger brought the motion on behalf of a large commercial employer before Chief Justice Anthony Ishii, who agreed that Plaintiff had not established that he could prevail on any of his ten causes of action and awarded summary judgment in favor of the client.
