Cristiana C. Giannini is an associate at the San Francisco office of Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP. She represents individuals and entities in a broad range of civil litigation disputes, including real property, personal injury, premises liability, and landlord‐tenant matters.

Ms. Giannini received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley in 2016. While in law school, Ms. Giannini served as the Managing Editor for the Berkeley Criminal Law Journal and earned a public service distinction for her commitment to social justice work. Prior to attending law school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Stanford University.

Ms. Giannini has experience in the public sector from her prior work as a public defender as well as in the non‐profit sector as a staff attorney at the East Bay Community Law Center. Prior to joining our firm, she worked at a boutique civil litigation firm where her practice focused primarily on personal injury and commercial litigation.

In her free time, Ms. Giannini enjoys hiking with her rescue dog, traveling with friends, and practicing yoga.
