Daniel E. Joslyn joined our Las Vegas office in 2019, where his practice focuses on premises liability. Mr. Joslyn received his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University School of Law in 2015, where he served on the board of the Federal Communications Law Journal. He clerked with the Federal Communications Commission and the District of Columbia Superior Court before entering practice. Mr. Joslyn has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to adoptive parents in areas including general civil litigation, family law, landlord/tenant, and real estate/real property law.
A native of Cleveland, Mr. Joslyn earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2007 from Baldwin Wallace College. Prior to attending law school, his post-graduate pursuits included serving as Policy Director to the Speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives and teaching English in public schools in South Korea. In his spare time he enjoys travel, hiking, birdwatching, and his beloved Cleveland Indians.
Mr. Joslyn is admitted to practice in the states of Nevada and Virginia.
