Darya Landa is an associate at the firm’s San Francisco office. Ms. Landa earned her B.A. degree in Political Science from Stanford University and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. In law school, Ms. Landa externed with the Honorable Socrates Peter Manoukian at Santa Clara County Superior Court, during which time she helped mediate a case for two Spanish-speaking pro se litigants and regularly assisted with pro se translation.

Ms. Landa was previously an associate attorney with Pierce & Shearer LLP, where her practice focused on primarily plaintiffs’ employment law. Ms. Landa still regularly volunteers at various legal clinics, including the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center Workers’ Rights clinic.

Ms. Landa grew up in Moscow, Russia and moved to San Francisco, CA when she was nine years old. She is fluent in Russian and has professional working proficiency in Spanish.
