Jenny Chien is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. She represents private entities in a wide range of litigation disputes, including landlord-tenant, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability defense. Ms. Chien received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2018. During law school, Ms. Chien enriched her legal experience by competing in Moot Court and volunteering with the Bankruptcy Pro Bono Clinic. She was also the president of Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Society and the alumni board liaison of Student Bar Association at UCI Law. Additionally, Ms. Chien served as a legal extern for the Internal Revenue Service (Office of the Chief Counsel), volunteered in the housing law unit at Public Law Center, and worked at a civil litigation firm in Southern California. Prior to law school, Ms. Chien earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was a Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholar. She served as Chief Financial Officer of the scholarship organization and Elections Council Chair of student government. Ms. Chien was also passionately involved with various school organizations and received the Cal Alumni Leadership Award. Ms. Chien is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
