Kyle McLean is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. His practice includes personal injury, premises liability, and real estate defense.

Mr. McLean received his Juris Doctorate in 2019 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with a concentration in civil litigation and dispute resolution. Mr. McLean was a board member of Hastings’ no. 1 nationally-ranked Moot Court team and was awarded Best Brief at the 2017 Chicago Bar Association National Moot Court Competition. He also received honors as one of two students in his class selected to deliver oral argument before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals through the Hastings Appellate Project.

While in law school, Mr. McLean clerked for firms specializing in landlord and worker’s compensation defense. He also served as a mediator for the City of Oakland’s Public Ethics Commission and regularly presented his findings to the Commission at monthly public meetings.

Prior to law school, Mr. McLean graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
