Seth Cronin‐Wilton is an associate attorney in the firm’s San Francisco office. His practice includes the defense of individuals and business entities in litigation involving habitability claims, landlord‐tenant disputes, premises liability, personal injury, and products liability. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cronin-Wilton defended construction defect and professional liability claims and also represented plaintiffs in large‐scale securities cases and class‐action litigation.
Mr. Cronin-Wilton is licensed to practice law in both California and Colorado. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law where he received the American Jurisprudence award in Criminal Law. Having grown up in New England, Mr. Cronin-Wilton received his Bachelor of Arts from Saint Anselm College where he led their alpine ski team.
