Aaron Einhorn is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Phillips Spallas and Associates, LLP, he represented defendants in a wide variety of cases involving personal injury, premises liability, landlord-tenant disputes, wrongful death, and real property disputes.

Mr. Einhorn graduated with honors from San Francisco State University in 2014, with a B.A. in Sociology. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Mr. Einhorn managed a youth mental health facility in San Francisco before graduating cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2020. While at Hastings, Mr. Einhorn was a member of the Hastings Honors Society and Academic Support Team. He also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Brendan Conroy, and a law clerk for two different civil litigation firms.

A California native, Mr. Einhorn is an avid fan of the Sacramento Kings and the Butte College Roadrunners. In his free time, Mr. Einhorn enjoys painting, writing, and graphic design.
