The products liability group defends cases involving allegations of auto, bicycle, home product, construction and food defects. The firm’s successful defense of such cases has been nationally covered by ABC, CBS and PBS. Notably, Robert Phillips’ successful defense of a bicycle defect case was covered by national media and was recognized by the bicycle industry as an important step in preserving “quick release” technology.
