Our attorney hours bonus program is based on the hours you bill above our annual minimum billable hour requirement, which is much lower than most other law firm minimums. And we don’t make our attorneys wait until year end to get their bonuses. Instead, we make every effort to pre-pay attorney hours bonuses in quarterly installments throughout the year, as long as our attorneys are on track to meet the hours minimum.
