Jason P. Leary is an associate attorney based in our San Francisco office. Mr. Leary represents clients in disputes including personal injury and auto-UM. Prior to joining Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP, Mr. Leary was an associate attorney at an insurance defense firm in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Mr. Leary earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Civil Litigation & Dispute Resolution from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law). While in law school, he served as a law clerk for the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Northern District of California. After graduating, he worked as a law clerk at a boutique San Francisco plaintiff-side firm focused on personal injury.
Mr. Leary grew up primarily in San Diego, California. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in philosophy from San Diego State University.
Beyond his legal pursuits, he enjoys running, card games, and listening to music.
