Associate Alberto Reyna Obtains Nonsuit in Easement Boundary Dispute

Congratulations to associate attorney Alberto Reyna of our San Francisco Office, who recently obtained nonsuit in favor of our clients in an easement boundary dispute involving two neighbors. The matter was highly contentious as our clients’ neighbor alleged that they caused damage to the common boundary fence, and trespassed onto their neighbor’s property. After many years of litigation, and after our clients’ neighbors rested their case, Mr. Reyna moved for nonsuit arguing that our clients’ neighbors had failed to prove their case. The Court agreed and entered nonsuit in favor of our clients.
