Attorney Michael Zimmerman Prevails on Motion for Summary Judgment

We want to congratulate Associate Attorney Michael Zimmerman for prevailing on a Motion for Summary Judgement. In a case in which the plaintiff was injured while opening an allegedly defective gate at a horse stable, Michael successfully argued to the court that an equine release extended to activities beyond just horse riding. Michael argued that the scope of the release contemplated all activities associated with the stable. It was a very creative and successful argument. Kudos Michael!
