S. Elizabeth “Betsy” Miller is an associate attorney in the Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP San Francisco office where she represents individuals and entities in real property, personal injury, landlord-tenant, and homeowners association matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Miller had over ten years of experience resolving a wide range of legal issues, including landlord-tenant, real property, homeowners association, employment, mass tort, and personal injury matters. Ms. Miller is an experienced litigator who is skilled in all facets of litigation and strives to achieve the best result for her clients.
Ms. Miller earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Prior to attending law school, she received a master’s degree in chemistry from the College of William & Mary. She is admitted to practice in the State of California.
In her free time, Ms. Miller enjoys traveling, cooking, swimming, hiking around the Bay Area, and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
