Carter P. Denton is an associate in our San Francisco office. Mr. Denton’s focus areas are Auto-UM, Landlord-Tenant, Premises Liability, Products Liability and Real Estate/Real Property matters.
Mr. Denton earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature with a minor in Political Science from California State University, East Bay. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University, where he graduated with a High Technology Law Certificate—Corporate Specialization. While in law school, Mr. Denton served as the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 41 of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal. Mr. Denton also participated in the Entrepreneur’s Law Clinic, where he provided transactional services to early-stage startup companies. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Denton was an associate at a firm focused on personal injury, construction defect, and general civil litigation defense.
While originally from Tuolumne County, Mr. Denton has lived on the San Francisco Peninsula for over ten years. In his free time, he can be found golfing, traveling, and spending time with his cats.
