Micah A. H. Yospe is an associate in the San Francisco office of Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP. He represents individuals and entities in a broad range of disputes, including real property, construction, personal injury, landlord-tenant and homeowner’s association matters.
Mr. Yospe received his Bachelor of Science degrees in biology from the University of Washington, and he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law, where he participated in the moot court program and served as an editor on the Santa Clara Law Review. Mr. Yospe also interned for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and the California Sixth District Court of Appeal. Mr. Yospe worked at two national law firms representing large automobile manufacturers and equipment manufacturers in product liability and personal injury matters. He is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and California Federal District Courts.
