Michael P. Lenett is an associate attorney based in the firm’s San Francisco Office. He represents clients in a variety of disputes including personal injury, premises liability, and employment law. Mr. Lenett is admitted to practice law in California.
Mr. Lenett grew up in Los Angeles, California. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an Associate degree in Talmudic Studies from Yeshiva University in New York City. He earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in civil litigation from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
During law school, Mr. Lenett competed on both the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams. He also served on the Individual Representation Clinic, where he successfully represented underprivileged clients in their wage and hour violation claims before the California Labor Commissioner.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lenett practiced on the Plaintiff’s side working to protect California Wildfire Victims after the PG&E wildfires in Northern California. He also represented clients in both their individual actions to recover for retaliation, discrimination, and wrongful termination, as well as class and California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions to recovery for employers’ violations of employees’ rights, including wage and hour violations and other rights violations.
In his free time Mr. Lenett enjoys hiking, skiing, collecting antiques, and playing piano.
