Ryan M. Herrera is an associate in our San Francisco office. Mr. Herrera’s practice focuses on litigation defense in the areas of landlord-tenant, personal injury, premises liability, and real estate/real property disputes. Prior to joining Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP, Mr. Herrera worked at Tenant Law Group, where he second chaired two trials. Mr. Herrera was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2020-2025.
Mr. Herrera received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law where he was an executive board member for the Moot Court program and was the treasurer for the Student Bar Association.
Prior to law school, Mr. Herrera graduated from Santa Clara University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science with a Pre-Law emphasis. Out of the office, Mr. Herrera enjoys spending time with his wife and young child and enjoys playing ice hockey on weekends.
