
Vernice T. Louie is an associate in our San Francisco office. A seasoned attorney with more than 20 years of experience, she represents individuals and entities in a wide range of civil disputes, including landlord tenant and homeowners association matters.
Ms. Louie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies with high honors and a minor in Education from UC Berkeley. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She was awarded the Unity Scholarship Award from the Asian Bar Association of Sacramento in 2000.
Prior to joining Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP, Ms. Louie practiced at a national law firm representing major automobile manufacturers in consumer warranty litigation. She also worked at an established San Francisco defense firm, where she represented corporations and entities in toxic torts, product liability, and premises liability matters. Ms. Louie is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, all Federal District Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
