Las Vegas Office Prevails on Motion for Exclusion Sanctions

The firm won a Motion for Exclusion Sanctions on behalf of its client,  a major retailer. As a result, the Court issued an Order excluding plaintiff’s future medical expenses in excess of $200,000, excluding evidence of permanent disability and excluding from trial plaintiff’s two retained medical experts. As a result of this Order, plaintiff is limited at trial to introducing  only 1/5 of the claimed economic damages.
