Motions for Summary Judgement Granted in Clients’ Favor and Case Dismissed

Attorneys Kimberly R. Thompson, Sandra L. Block, Matthew A. Gardner, and Michael R. Halvorsen of our Los Angeles Office recently secured a summary judgment for the clients in a case brought in San Bernardino County Superior Court involving a plaintiff falling off a ladder at the clients’ home. The Judge agreed with the defense that the clients did not breach a duty of care to the plaintiff and otherwise did not cause the incident resulting in a judgment being entered in favor of the clients and the case being dismissed.
