Partner Todd Anstadt and Associate Micha Yospe Defeat Wrongful Death Claims

Todd Angstadt and Micah Yospe recently obtained a dismissal of their client in a wrongful death action.  The decedent’s parents alleged their son was wrongfully shot and killed by his friend.  They alleged that the firm’s client, the shooter’s father, supplied the gun that was used in the shooting and had a duty to prevent his son from using the gun.  After two years of aggressive litigation, Messrs. Angstadt and Yospe were able to develop evidence compelling enough to convince plaintiffs to dismiss their claims in exchange for a waiver of costs.
