San Francisco Office Prevails on a Motion to Strike Punitive Damages in Premises Liability Matter

Robert K. Phillips and Jacqueline K. Oh successfully brought a motion to strike punitive damages against Michigan plaintiffs in a premises liability matter venued in San Francisco Superior Court.
