San Francisco Office Prevails on Motion to Dismiss Real Property Breach of Contract Case

Todd Angstadt and Maija Villegas recently prevailed on appeal after successfully convincing the trial court to dismiss Plaintiffs’ lawsuit in its entirety. In this breach of contract case, Plaintiffs claimed that Defendants failed to meet contractual obligations to satisfy a sale of real property. Mr. Angstadt and Ms. Villegas convinced the court that the claim was fatally deficient and the appellate court agreed.
