San Francisco Team Awarded Summary Judgment in Favor of Client

Attorneys Rob Phillips, Priya Navaratnasingham, and Christopher Lunsford in our San Francisco office obtain summary judgment in favor of homeowner clients in a lawsuit filed in the Solano County Superior Court. Plaintiff alleged that he fell off of a tree at our client’s home and alleged that his fall was due to the negligent maintenance of the premises. The Court agreed with the defense finding that our clients did not breach any duty of care to plaintiff resulting in summary judgment being entered in favor of the defense.
