Danielle N. Finney is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice area includes construction defect, landlord-tenant, and premises liability law.
Ms. Finney earned her Juris Doctor with Cum Laude Honors and a CALI “Excellence for the Future” Award in Contracts in 2020 from the University of La Verne College of Law, Ontario, where she was the Law Review Senior Articles Editor and Staff Editor.
While attending law school, Ms. Finney was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law Business and Ethics. She also represented La Verne College of Law as a Student Bar Association 3L Representative, a PILF 2L Representative, a Presenter of DTP’s Contract Review, and a Law Day volunteer.
Ms. Finney received her Bachelor of Arts from La Sierra University, Riverside, where she studied History and held standing on the college’s Honor Society in addition to receiving several scholarships for honors and outstanding academic achievement.
Ms. Finney has strong experience defending complex construction defect cases in California. She has participated in numerous mediations resulting in favorable settlements for her clients proving her outstanding litigation and negotiation skills navigating challenging and intricate cases.
