Arthur D. Welton joined the firm in September 2022. Prior to joining the firm Arthur practiced for four years at an AmLaw 100 law firm based in the Bay Area. His current practice focuses on litigation defense in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, and landlord-tenant. Arthur has experience handling complex civil matters in both state and federal courts. Specializes in defending corporate and individual insured clients involved in tort, premises liability, and landlord-tenant claims. Extensive practice-area expertise in product liability, spanning medical device, pharmaceuticals, supplements, commercial products liability, and catastrophic personal injury defense. Passionately represents client interests, works diligently to analyze case merits, minimize risk and propel positive resolutions to complex legal matters. Proven success in achieving case dismissals, no-fault judgments, advantageous settlements, and favorable verdicts.

Mr. Welton attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Constitutional Law Quarterly and Women’s Law Journal. He also served as a Representative on the Associated Students of UC Hastings (student government body) and earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Animal Law. He received his Juris Doctorate degree Cum Laude in 2012. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Welton received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a History double major from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio in 2007. Mr. Welton is a member of the Earl Warren American Inn of Courts. He is admitted to practice in the State of California.
