Nia Harbour is an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP. She represents individuals and entities in a range of civil litigation disputes, including personal injury, real property, landlord‐tenant, and other matters.
Ms. Harbour earned her Juris Doctorate from University of La Verne College of law, where she served as the President of the Black Law Student Association, Class Representative for the Public Interest Law Foundation, and Member of Delta Theta Phi. Ms. Harbour was recognized as a graduating student of distinction for the class of 2022. She was also the recipient of the 2022 University of La Verne College of Law Heart of Justice: Ethics Award and received the 2022 Stellar Community Member Award.
While in law school Ms. Harbour earned a total of five CALI “Excellence for the Future” Awards in the following classes: Negotiation, Sales, Constitutional Law, Special Education Law, and Business Organizations. Ms. Harbour was a member of the University of La Verne College of Law Moot Court
Competition Team where she placed 2nd for best oralist team in the 2022 NBLSA Western Regional Competition and won the 2nd best petitioner brief. Her team also placed top 10 in the 2022 NBLSA National Competition.
Prior to law school, Ms. Harbour graduated with honors from Hampton University earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Ms. Harbour is a Los Angeles native and in her free time enjoys traveling, the beach, and spending time with her dog.
