Associate
Micah A. H. Yospe is an experienced attorney in the San Francisco office of Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP. He represents individuals and entities in a broad range of disputes, including real property, construction, personal injury, landlord-tenant, and homeowner’s association matters.
Mr. Yospe received his Bachelor of Science degrees in biology from the University of Washington, and he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law, where he participated in the moot court program and served as an editor on the Santa Clara Law Review.
Mr. Yospe also interned for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and the California Sixth District Court of Appeal. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Yospe worked at two national law firms representing large automobile manufacturers and equipment manufacturers in product liability and personal injury matters. He is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and California Federal District Courts.
Michelle Zhang
Associate
Michelle (Huahong) Zhang is an associate attorney in the Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP San Francisco office. Before joining the firm, she represented individuals in a broad range of civil litigation disputes, including personal injury and premises liability claims. Ms. Zhang is currently handling several high exposure personal injury and wrongful death matters for the firm and is an aggressive litigator who has a demonstrated ability to achieve very favorable results for our clients.
Ms. Zhang received her Bachelor of Arts in Literature with Honors from the University of British Columbia and then earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. While attending law school, Ms. Zhang focused on technology and privacy law, and, as a student clinician, represented children’s privacy policy advocacy groups.
Ms. Zhang grew up between Vancouver, Canada, and Beijing, China, and enjoys literature and cooking. She is also a certified yoga instructor.
Josh Glocer
Associate
Joshua A. Glocer has been an attorney in the Los Angeles office since 2019. He continues to represent a broad range of clients in practices areas including premises liability, residential landlord-tenant, dog bite, and defense of homeowner's associations throughout Southern California.
Mr. Glocer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University in 2013. Although he loved the Midwest, Mr. Glocer returned home to sunny Los Angeles to pursue a legal career. He graduated on the Dean’s List from Southwestern Law School where he discovered an interest in advocacy and litigation. During law school, he was the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association and a Peer Mentor.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Glocer represented clients in personal injury, employment, and landlord-tenant matters on both the plaintiff and defense side. He Glocer is skilled in all facets of litigation and strives to achieve, at each stage, the best result for his client.
Mr. Glocer is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. When Mr. Glocer is not vigorously representing his clients, he is spending time with his family, friends, and two dogs. He is an avid fan of Buckeye football, the Lakers, Dodgers, and Rams
